    Well my dear, white girls are not our role models when it comes to fashion. Also Dressing half naked has never been one of the signs of civilization anywhere in the world but advancement in the academic fields like science and technology. But with the recent performances in WAEC and JAMB, and with the miracle centres all over the place, you can agree something is wrong. i think it is the half naked girl that actually has the cave-mans mentality because the cave-man dressed half-nude too.
